“I’m so proud to have a brasserie in London's cultural heart in this modern building, with its energy and verve. A little too close to 'Waterloo' for Frenchman's comfort but this cannot dampen my great enthusiasm for this special restaurant.” Raymond Blanc
Sheltering in the gaze of the London eye and its surrounding cultural cornucopia of theatre, art music and film, you’ll find us cradled in the elbow of Waterloo Bridge, opposite the Royal Festival Hall. We have extensive seating and can cater for parties and groups of all sizes, we have a private dining room if you want your own space and a large bar for pre-dinner drinks…non-diners are welcome too. We have a great little terrace at the front where you can enjoy a chilled glass of your favourite wine and watch the world go by.
Our food is authentically French - simple, delicious and freshly prepared using seasonal ingredients. Alongside the extensive a la carte menu there is a £14 two-course pre-theatre menu created by Raymond Blanc, ideal if you are visiting one of the shows nearby - add a glass of Raymond's recommended wine to this for just £1.95 for a superb value meal.
We also offer a daily-changing ‘Chef’s Special’.Please join us for our special Sunday Roast Sirloin for £12.80 (available until 3pm) and a variety of kids’ meal starting at £5.95 for two courses. A number of our À La Carte dishes are available at half-price for a child’s portion – just look for the ‘JB’.
Great food for every occasion.
“The food we give to our guests represents all of my ethics. It is not rich, it’s rustic and wholesome, just like Maman Blanc used to make”. Raymond Blanc
