Our new Brasserie Blanc in Bristol is simply breathtaking! We are very privileged to be able to house our Brasserie in such beautiful and historic buildings. Housed in a former Georgian Quakers Meeting House the Brasserie our menu offers French classic and modern dishes at prices which encourage our guests to come back again and again.
The two medieval halls, Bakers & Cutlers, were previously a 13th Century Monastery and we have worked with architects and traditional craftsmen to restore these halls to their former glory. We can host private functions, parties and conferences. We also have a civil service license for weddings. Bakers Hall can accommodate 25-100 people; wedding ceremonies for up to 125 guests and seated dinners for 72. For larger events, Cutlers Hall can accommodate up to 200 people. They are a stunning backdrop for any occasion.
Raymond Blanc has worked with our Chefs to put together an a la carte menu offering French classic and modern dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Some of our dishes include; smoked Cornish mackerel terrine, horseradish cream, Burgundian Snails, Toulouse sausages, smooth mash and onion gravy; Cep mushroom stuffed chicken and wild mushroom risotto. The Menu Rapide includes classics such as Croque Monsieur, Gruyere cheese and herb omelette salad. The Dine with Wine Menu includes a two-course lunch (£11.50/£12.50) with a glass of wine. Wines are pre-dominantly French, sourced directly from vineyards across France.
Brasserie Blanc officially opened its doors on 25th September in the heart of Cabot Circus and is undoubtedly the jewel in Bristol’s crown. Designed by Bristol based architects Alec French, the regenerated Quakers Friars area is anchored by Harvey Nichols and features an exciting mix of retail outlets, restaurants, Cafes and over 220 apartments overlooking Castle Park and the Floating Harbour.
Lunch is served from 12 noon until 2.45pm and for dinner from 5.30pm.
