Our Threadneedle St Brasserie Blanc played host to a melee of photographers and camera crews as Mayor Boris joined Raymond to call on London’s hospitality industry to take on more young apprentices. The Mayor hopes to see 250,000 new roles for apprentices in London and has a major focus on the capital’s restaurants and hotels. Raymond and Brasserie Blanc have already taken on four new apprentices who appeared at the launch today and will be taking on another 17 across the country before the summer.
