Raymond Blanc hosted a launch party for the new Chancery Lane brasserie on 27th June.  Brasserie Blanc is at the Fleet Street end of Chancery Lane and is Raymond Blanc’s latest restaurant.  Guests from the surrounding area joined him for a glass of Champagne as they admired the newly refurbished restaurant.  The make-over got the thumbs up and the charming, wood-panelled private dining room received its first two Christmas party bookings!

Raymond said of the new restaurant: “What a fabulous little brasserie. We have a real gem here on Chancery Lane with an intimate feel, a private feel but still with the Blanc sense of bon viveur! I am so proud to open in the heart of London’s legal district.”
