Last night Raymond Blanc opened his newest London Brasserie in Charlotte Street. The restaurant is housed in an historic three floor building in the heart of Fitzrovia an area known for the prevalence of design, advertising and PR agencies.  Raymond describes Brasserie Blanc Charlotte Street as beautiful, quaint and slightly eccentric.

“This summer has been a busy one. I feel we have truly arrived in London. Brasserie Blanc Charlotte Street is our 6^th Brasserie in London this year with St Pauls, Tower Hill, Opera Terrace, Chancery Lane, Southbank opening this summer and Threadneedle from previously. We are excited to be opening our latest Brasserie in such a vibrant area which sets the creative scene for the rest of London and for that matter, for the world” said Raymond Blanc.

Specially invited guests last night included the dancer Wayne Sleep and the incredibly talented Chef Ollie Dabbous who trained under Raymond at Le Manoir  aux Quat’Saisons.
