A competition launched by Raymond Blanc will allow Metro readers to join the celebrations surrounding the launch of his latest restaurant Brasserie Blanc at the Opera Terrace, with a cooking lesson from the master himself.
Ten competition winners and guests will learn the art of cookery from Raymond Blanc, as he takes them on a whirlwind tour of French cuisine. In return Raymond only asks one thing in return, your best can can! To enter the competition simply upload and image of your best attempt to twitter, tweeting @metroUK.
The competition closes at midnight on Monday, May 28 and the winners will be selected by a panel of judges. For more information on the competition click here.
On Tuesday 29th May a massive can can will kick off the celebrations in Covent Garden’s piazza, marking the official opening of the Opera Terrace restaurant.
Raymond said, “I’m so excited about Brasserie Blanc opening new restaurants in London. We will have eight Brasseries in the capital by the end of the year which is an amazing transformation for our business.”
Raymond describes his Brasseries as the Can Can, explaining, “if the Manoir is a delicate waltz then the Brasseries are the Can Can.”
