Ten winners and guests from a Metro Newspaper competition were lucky participants in a Raymond Blanc cookery demo at Brasserie Blanc Southbank on 29th August.
Raymond and his trusty chefs Adam and Ankush cooked up a storm on the front terrace as they marinated mackerel, sizzled liver and piled their Pavlova with summer berries.
The show was a real crowd stopper as passers-by (including Russell Brand!) took time out to watch the master at work.
