Brasserie Blanc Gift Voucher FAQs
Absolutely. Vouchers are treated like cash, so you can use them with other promotions unless a specific offer says otherwise.
The remaining balance will stay on your voucher and can be used another time, as long as the voucher is still valid.
Yes! You’re welcome to use multiple vouchers in a single transaction. If the value of your vouchers doesn’t cover the full bill, the difference can be paid with card.
You can purchase a physical or digital voucher online, or pop into any of our brasseries.
Digital vouchers arrive instantly by email and physical gift cards are delivered by post (please allow extra time around busy seasonal periods).
All Brasserie Blanc vouchers are non-refundable and non-returnable, except where required by law.
We always recommend registering your voucher as soon as you receive it.
That way, if you misplace the original, you can still access and use your digital copy.
If it’s not registered, we’re unable to replace lost or stolen vouchers, so please do keep it safe.
You can check your balance easily online here, or ask a member of our team when you’re next in our Brasserie.
Technically, vouchers can’t be extended… but if life has got in the way, drop us a note at gifting@heartwoodcollection.com and we’ll see what we can do.
Our vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown clearly on your voucher.

Voilà at Home was Brasserie Blanc’s COVID-era take-home food service, designed to bring restaurant-quality dining to your kitchen.
It allowed you to pick up fresh, seasonal dishes from our brasseries and enjoy them at home with minimal fuss.
From simple midweek suppers to celebratory feasts, Voilà at Home offered carefully curated menus, including our popular 20-minute Sunday roasts, that let you cook, serve and impress with ease.
Every dish was crafted with the same attention to quality, seasonality and sustainability that you’d expect in our brasseries.
We provided suggested wine pairings, premium cocktail ingredients and thoughtfully designed recyclable or compostable packaging to make your experience as effortless and enjoyable as possible.
We discontinued Voilà at Home in 2021 as COVID restrictions eased.

Our Sunday roasts are available every Sunday 12-5pm. All our roasts come with bottomless trimmings including bottomless roast potatoes and yorkshires. Book ahead to avoid disappointment.
A number of our brasseries offer a set lunch menu available 12-5pm every weekday. It changes every month and has a set price for 2 and 3 courses. Head to your favourite Brasserie to find out availability and what’s on the menu this month. We’d recommend you book ahead to avoid disappointment.
Of course – please call ahead to state your choices and we will make a note on the booking to prepare your drinks in advance of your arrival.
Absolutely! Please let us know in advance so we can prepare accordingly and bring to your table when needed. Please also supply any candles or toppings and we will be happy to set the cake up on your behalf.

We do indeed. We have a children’s menu that comes at a set price along with smaller portions of various dishes that are marked as JB (Jeune Blanc).
Absolutely. Head to your favourite Brasserie Blanc location page and click on the menus and use the allergen filter to show what is available.

We are cashless. We take all major credit and debit cards including AMEX.
